The Challenge
The metro system required 186 high-brightness LED displays across 22 stations for passenger information, wayfinding, and advertising. Displays needed to withstand temperature fluctuations, high dust environments, and 20-hour daily operation while maintaining IP54 rating for semi-outdoor platform areas.
Our Solution
Fine Pitch LED at P1.5 was deployed in custom IP54-rated enclosures with active cooling and dust filtration. Each display was connected to a centralized CMS for real-time schedule updates, emergency messaging, and revenue-generating advertising content. The deployment was phased across 22 stations over 14 months.
